I don't think many here would recognize the Sun West name. I've been on these forums for about 3 years and have never heard of them.  Was it a low cost spa?  Do they use another mfg's shell (i.e. Is it a re-branded Sunbelt or Pheonx spa sold by a compnay called Sun West)?
