Looks great.  I like the metal roof on your house.

we have spent several hours in it tonight and its awsome. it is about mid thirties outside now. i have the tub at 102 is that a good temp? i was talking to a friend on the phone just now and he said below neg twenty your hair freezes and it feels neat. im not sure about that yet.
the metal roofs are real common here sheds the snow real good. we had cedar shakes before and sometimes had to shovel the roof because of potential weight issues.

Very nice setting. A beautiful private retreat. Goodluck and enjoy the hot water. Dave.

What type of cover lift is that?  It almost looks like it's bolted into the concrete pad.

That's a nice set-up! Too bad that you have to live in such a high-density neighbourhood though. Hopefully you get along ok with your neighbours. ;D

Enjoy
