I wasn't following your saga earlier on.

Why is this dealer suing Dyansty Spas?

Disclaimer - I am trying to stay nuetral and objective.

My Dynasty tub has performed well and we continue to enjoy it nightly.  The dealer has been great to me as well.

Recently it is reported that the dealer started requiring more cash, as much as 100% up front to order a spa. I only had to put 10% down on mine in 2/03.

Suddenly the store closed its doors and people with deposits were left hanging.  The store claimed that Dynasty stopped shipping, delayed shipments and gave tubs away to other dealers.  The store claimed this happened while they were in the process of changing their credit line and that they fully intended to remain in business.  But soon after they locked the doors and vacated the premesis.  Dynasty dropped them as a dealer this summer.

I called Dynasty in August and verified that they had my warranty info and the warranty is still in place.  Not sure what I will do for service.

Thanks for sharing.

Hopefully, should you need warranty work, Dynasty will work with you on that.   Wonder if anyone in your area will pick up the brand?

We will see I guess.  I did a service call today and the guy is a  Spatech for LA spas and they are opening a new store about 5 miles from me.
