Since Jacuzzi is one of the brands we are looking at what are the owners of this brand's likes and dislaike? we are looking at the j-365

Just out of curosity where do you live because if you live in the seattle area there is an awesome Jacuzzi dealer there.
We just recently purchased a J-365 from Aqua Quip and we have never been happier with the purchase. The sakesman was fun and very knoledgeable about the product. I would reccomend them to everyone i know.

The Jacuuzi is a nice spa
Price $6000-$6500 with free delivery steps cover chems......price should be no more then that.johnnyT

Got it for 6500.00 with everything except stereo
-
Screw the stereo lol....$6500 is a good price with cover lifter installed...You will enjoy it.Buy a extra set of filters, cost around $30 each.....ohnnyT

Good point on the filters. They retail for around 60, but there are dealers on Ebay selling them for 30 each. I like the extra set and swap them out each month as the other air soaks and rinses.
The cover lifter is a must in my opinion and watching the dealer install it himself made me realize I would have had a hard time doing it myself.
As far as complaints, although ti may seem petty, I would like to see jacuzzi folow a couple other manufacturer's design as far as the edges being flat so that you can rest a cup or drink on the edges. As far as I have seen, all the jacuzzi models have edges that don't permit anything to rest on and I use the top of the waterfall to rest my drink. Small details I know, but I don't want to buy the attachment that they sell.

Hi cc,
I own the J-355, which is identical to the 365 but the 355 has the lounger.
My likes are....
- great jets - hydotherapy
- lots of power
- great esthetics (looks good)
- good diverters
- PRICE !!!
Dislikes...
- not quite as energy efficient as Hot Springs / Tiger River
- filter compartment isn't usable as drink holder on top
- no auxilary jet controls inside tub
(all of the dislikes are minor - we love the tub)

So I'm not the only one missing the beer holder? Whew!

I have the Jacuzzi j355 and find it to be a nice spa and have gad no problems as of yet.
And yes the Filter compartment opens a little bit if your feet gits it.
And I don't know about the Monthly electric, but i think mine is costing about $30 a month.I think if i went with another brand I might be saving $5 a month OR paying $5 more a month.JohnnyT
