As mny have noted, Chas recommends draining tub after owning it 1 month. I thought that was kind of silly until I recently drained my tub after about three months. With new water and not being so chemical happy, I even notice a difference on the ozone bubbles that come out. so for all new owners I too would recommend a drain after 1 month. So , NO Chas rule isn't silly, it is actually great advice.
