Title: New Air Valve Design from HS
Post by: Bill_Stevenson on August 25, 2005, 12:32:39 pm
A couple of weeks ago I posted a notice that two of my air valves went fritz.  Yesterday new ones were installed and they are a completely different and much better design.  They have two "O" rings and appear to be just much more rugged.

Regards,

Bill

i hope so, as my 3rd one only lasted about 1 week on my tiger river bengal. Dealer is sending out a tech next week to see whats going on.  I hope this is the fix that works as my spa is just under a year old.

Cool. I'll have to check into that - I haven't had any air contol issues, but it's nice to know they have a kit.

on mine, the off position  was the valve turned all the way to the right when it worked correctly. now off is sometimes in the middle or to left and air is leaking from the top of the valve.
