??? Has anyone ever heard of Pinnacle Spas - they are sold on eBay - out of KC, mo.

Try visiting some local spa dealers first. Consider what they are offering in terms of delivery, service and product. Paying a little extra for a lot more from a local guy can be the way to go.

Unless you can wet test the spa, it's a crapshoot.
Even if the deal is legitimate, what if you don't like it after you hook it up?

Youre not really serious about buying a spa sight unseen, and not being able to touch it, sit in it, etc are you?
Thats like seeing a mattress set on tv or online, being told orders are only done via phone/internet and cant try them out. So you do, it arrives, and you dont like it.
Can you return the spa if you dont like it, without a restocking fee? Who is going to fix it in your area?
Stick with the local folks, and get better support, service, and a brand you can trust.
