Hi,
Just an update. We had an electrical wiring problem (or so the electrician said) but the Dealer's service guy came out this morning and got it working in no time! Now I can dump the water and start fresh. I'm so happy and can't wait to take my first soak!

Congrats!!
My dealer has been out on a number of calls due to improper wiring. There's a sentence in the wiring info that says it's a billable call IF they have to correct wiring problems.

Yeah luckily my guy said he's not charging me. :)
so much for the "a trained chimp can do it" per my electrician. LOL

I am amazed at some of the work some certified electricians have done.

For folks out east of the GTA we had Able Electric, who I think are in Whitby, do our electrical. Had to replace the old fuse panel at the same time. Very professional young lads who came out to do the job. Even with the late moving up of the delivery by two days they got it all done and came back at 4:30 to start the hook up and waited around while we tested things. (ok, except they weren't able to add a little power out in the wood shop called a garage, but that was understandable and they'll do it later in August, at our convenience because they couldn't get it all done that day with the late change). They handled permits and Ontario Hydro contact. No connection, just an extremely satisfied customer. paul

The two top problems we have to go out and correct from work done by "certified" electricians are the nuetral incorrectly hooked to the bus bar comming from the tub (Should be on the GFCI) and the breaker stabbed wrong only allowing 110 power. It's funny, many of these guys test for 110 power on each leg but not for 220 between them! How hard can that be?

I hate when it stops working.
