Your thoughts?   I see that they are the winner  for the consumers digest best award...Does anybody really know what that means?

Hot Spring makes a great tub. Consumers digest is not consumers report. It's basically give me ten grand and your tub will be a "best buy". It's sad that companies that actually make a decent tub contribute to this crap, but that's the way it is.

From what I understand, and I may be wrong and I'm sure if I am someone here will set me straight, the process goes something like this:

1.  Spa information and specs are submitted to Consumer's Digest
2.  They are evaluated by Consumer's Digest
3.  Spas are selected by Consumer's Digest as a Best Buy (I have no idea what the criteria is)
4.  The manufacturer is allowed to use the Consumer Digest Best Buy logo in their advertising, for a fee

Aside from all of that, the Vanguard is a wonderful spa.  Many board members here have them and seem to be happy with their choice.

I have owned one for almost 2 years, and it is still a love story!  The honeymoon is not over yet!

What else do you want to know?
