Mines been running for almost 4 years now with no problems. A jet fell apart but the dealer sent me a whole set of spinner jets. A neck jet got sticky but the dealer sent me new neck jets. Up till now it has been reliable and is turning into a good value. My warranty is gone on most things so we shall see.

I used to sell them.  I think the general opinion is that Great Lakes is a good spa but doesnt have many bells or whistles.

I think they are a middle of the road spa priced as such. I paid 4200 bucks for mine and if I can get 10 years out of it I think it will be a great value. I also was looking at A Marquis but the one I wanted was 8200. A much better spa, but 4000 bucks better? I wanted to take my tub apart and disect it. Great Lakes was a better choice for me. Fiberglass reinforced Acrylic, Waterway and Balboa components was all I ws looking at.
