Title: loud hot tubs

I have just started looking into buying a hot tub. could you tell me how loud they are and recommend one thats is not so loud ,thankyou :-/

You'll need to judge your spa on other things than noise.  What if you find what you consider a quiet spa, but you don't like the seating comfort, jets, or something?  I could see the noise deal being a tie breaker, but to me comfort and fit are more important.
You do plan on wet testing?

You might want to define loud.  Our spa when both pumps running is loud in respect to it being right under my daughter's window, so we wouldn't have guests and run both pumps and talk if she was sleeping,  but its normal operation with the filter cycle is no louder than a refrigerator, but totaly quiet when the heater isn't running.
