Where did you get that one? I can't think of any good reason to wear a cpap mask in a hot tub.

It's the latest innovation from HotSpring that allows you to fully enjoy the SpAudio underwater sound system. I never could hold my breath long enough to enjoy an entire song, so the engineers at HotSpring developed the FaceHugger for short-winded folks like me.
It's simply another reason why HotSpring is the most successful spa company in the world.

Wow. Is that what a CPAP looks like? I was getting so bad with sleep apnea that the doc was talking about that - but now that I have lost 45 pounds and intend to lose more I no longer have any apnea at all! In fact I don't snore any more - well, once in a while, but I was a holy terror before.
I am glad I was spared THAT !!

Chas,
Not all CPAP masks look like that and I thimk he as it on a little tighter than it usually is. They have all different types of masks ... I've even seen a whole face mask.
You really only want to wear one of those when the kids are little ... you can terrorize them in the middle of the night if they misbehave! ::) And it does wonders for your love life!! :(

That is one of the most common types of CPAP mask, but I was too claustrophobic so I tried something a little more comfortable

But even that is a huge pain in the Rjuna. I've been slacking off using it, but have finally started losing some weight and I hope to have the same results as you in that regard.

I lost 17 lbs in Jan '05 (went from 200 to 183 so it was noticeable for me). My wife was thrilled because I went from snoring like a Mack truck to just an occasional backfire. The best part is I've maintained my weight and since she saw the correlation she's threatened me with couch duty if I put the weight back on.
