Title: What to use to clean my 04 Grandee filters?

What "degreaser"  does everyone use??  I am SURE that HS makes one but what does everyone use before I call the dealer and pay too much :)

    I used to use TSP & water to soak my Jacuzzi filter.

Tri Sodium Phosphate.  Can be bought at any Hardware store.  Home Depot and Lowe's sell it in the tile, cleaning section.  A powder that is really cheap, and a cup will clean any filter.  Unicel filters even recommend it to use.  That is if my memory serves me correctly.  Add it to a five gallon bucket and put the filter in it.  Remember to rinse extremely well 3-24 hours later.  Leaving in overnight is the best.

I use filter cleaner....TSP will work however, if you don't get some of the organics out of the filter first you can cause them to seize into the filter and clog it.

Stuart:    Does the filter cleaner work better than TSP?  Why do you prefer the filter cleaner?  
I want to clean mine the best way possible, so just asking and learning.
