It seems that there are quite a few Artesian supporters out there. Has anyone had any major concerns with the quality of their product or in the way their warrantee service works?
I am curious to the negative side of this product. In my area there doesn't seem to be alot of dealers who handle it. ???
Any personal experience is welcomed...

We are a dealer for Dimension One, Coleman & Artesian Spas.
Artesian manufactures a solid line of spas, very good diversity from the price point models to the Premium models. 32 models in total.
They may not have the name recognition that Coleman & Dimension One, Marquis or Hot Springs have to name a few, how-ever there product quality does not fall short of any of the larger name brand spas. There dealer support is at par with the other brands we sell.
We have been selling them for a year now, out of 100+ tubs sold had 4 minor service calls.
They have about 300 dealers world wide.
