My dealer wants me to use this system. Say it keeps odour low and water clear. Is this a standard system or something new? He said the other name for it is "Easy Shock"
Thanks

Lithchlor is ok to use. It is the most expensive form of chlorine. It has a high pH (10.5) which would result in more water balance management than say granular bromine or dichlor. Dosge rate is larger than dichlor so it would also result is higher TDS.
I do not beleive that lithclor is stabilized, so one beneit would be that you could ignore cyanuric acid levels, something dichlor users should be mindful of.
Lithchlor, like dichlor, is a softer chlorine (than say sodium-hypo, tri-clhor or calcium-hypo) and is less likely to result in bleaching or equipment errosion.
