After many months of shopping and wet testing, I finally made my decision to buy a Jacuzzi J-345. It's a new dealer in town, but he's great with follow up, and has a service manager that I knew from a previous hot tub store. Pricing seemed quite reasonable, and included cover lifter, chemicals, ozonator, LED lighting, and delivery. I've owned a beachcomber and older hot springs in the past. I looked at both those brands, especially HS, but the dealer here wants outrageous prices for them. I feel like I've bought a tub I can "grow old with", and look forward to many a soak this cold Canadian winter. Thanks for all your help !!

That's great! I bought a HotSpring but had a great Jacuzzi experience at a rental last summer. I think the J-345 is a great tub and should keep you warm & happy up there this winter! Way to go FBJ!

I also bought a j-345 and am enjoying it daily. The only problem is that the filter cover keeps popping up when both pumps are on. I thing it's that the water flow isn't getting into the filters fast enough. any comments

I'll be able to tell you in a couple of weeks. Both of the guys at the jacuzzi dealer here are very knowledgable, and I'm sure will be able to find solutions if that's a problem for mine. I'll keep you posted.
