Title: Don't know what old model of watkins hot tub

I don't know what old model Watkins hot tub we have. I found 07-01-05 so maybe that's the year of manufacture. Also found MAL 3 G3007.  I would like to know how many gallons it holds for chemical purposes. The test strip says the cyanuric acid is high but I don't know what that does.
