We have a 375 gallon hot tub. On a refill , how long do you expect it to take for yours to heat up?
Ours just took 18 hours and that seems excessive. We figure the tap/hose water is about 50 degrees year round. Outside temp was cool-40's- but that shouldn't matter since the spa is well-insulated.

220V hook-up?

I leave the cover open until the tub hits the air temp. Our tub same size as yours 240V and starting temp about the same i would guess about 12 hours. I have my fill hose hooked to both hot and cold water and if I'm in a hurry or doing a partial drain I can add up to 50 gallons of 150f water. That speeds it up a lot. I often use the hot water to top it off before we get in.

Yes, 220V

need more info on the spa itself, some manufacturers are putting heaters as low as 3.5-3.7kw all the way up to 5.5kw in 220V spas so depending on heater size it could take 16-18 hours, 12-14 for the larger heaters

I don't think I'd find that info in my manual but it's a Caldera Vanto spa. I did find this-
HEATER OUTPUT
Hi-Flow Heater (4,000 Watts)

I would expect 10-12 hours for a Vanto depending on starting water temp.

My 550g Artesian Island Margarita Elite took about 10-12 hours... approx 3-4 degrees an hour.

I shouldn’t have taken the salesman’s word for it . He said 8 hours. When I called the manufacturer she said 3-5 degrees / hour, so that’s 10-18 hours, and it seems we’re on the longer end.
