Title: Opinions on Santa Barbara Spas

My husband went to a spa place today that sells Santa Barbara Spas.  I haven't heard anything about them and am wondering if they are a good product.  I found one website that had them in their top 10 for products.

I understand them to be a nice spa.....They seem to be sold by stores that are not full service or full line spa stores....

I haven't heard of them but beware of spas sold in non-full service stores.  Possible things to ask about:  Who does the service and are they factory trained?  Who is educated here that can help me with water quality questions?  Can I test soak the model or models that I have an interest in spending my hard earned money?

I just went to their website.  Nice looking spa.  sub standard warranty.  Based upon what I saw on their site, they appear to be a smaller, newer company which would prevent me from buying without much more investigation.
