Please help! Does anyone have any opinion on Vita Spas? I am having a hard time finding info on the net. They seem to be well made and comfortable. The rep said they hired a specialist from Porsche to make the spas ultra comfortable- any comments?
Also, any other recommendations for a well built, good valued, 4,5,or even 6 person spa? I need help!

There is one happy Vita Nuage owner in our Yahoo Groups (Hot tub owners) I can't give out her email address, but if you want to talk to her, she might give you some insight. She is the only owner I know and we didn't discover the brand until after we bought.
(Sorry admin, I try not to post about that other group :D)

We looked at Vita spas, and liked them however the one we liked most was pretty far out of our price range at over 10 thousand. I also thought the dealer was a bit daffy, and seemed to know little to nothing about spas. They had a dozen sitting out in the back under the full sun with no protection. Not good. I of course was armed with the comfort of knowledge gained from research with this site's willing and skilled contributors who unlike me actually know a lot about the spa industry. To the point, I have a good friend who has a Vita, about 8 years old now. He has had a very good experience with it so far. Needed a new heater this year, but it had been sitting unused for over a year when he tried to rekindle it. It works great, has very comfortable couple orinetd seating and a built in cooler in one corner. No drain in the cooler, but the concept is great. Beyond that I can't help.

My fiance just called to tell me to get a broom and sweep off the patio b/c the Nuage will be dlivered on Friday. He got it for $6500 out the door, with cover, chemicals, etc..
Can anyone tell me if that's a good price? He wanted to purchase it and THEN tell me since it was a surprise. I hope it wasn't a bad movE?!?!?!?

Jetsetter,
I think it is a good move. The price we were quoted in Canada was around the 8500-8900 range CAD (+tax). It was probably our top choice when considering build and price until we got a deal on the Beachcomber that we juct couldn't turn down. The Nuage is a nice size tub, barrier free with some great features. You won't be disapointed!
Enjoy your soak(s) this weekend!
