Probably won't get much help here, If you were to get a 100% honest opinion out of most of us in the industry the general consensus is we all HATE STEREOS on spas, they are severely overpriced, have limited 6 month - 1 year warranties and often lead to service calls wherein the customer assumes the "spa is junk" when in reality the cheap Chinese stereo components have failed, not the hot tub itself.  With all that said I have had clients add speakers or tie in an existing outdoor TV/Stereo to their spa, however in all those cases it was done by an Audio/Video company who knew what they were doing.

^^^^^ Plus 1 ^^^^^

What he said!

We just bought a little blue tooth player for 30 bucks and I run it from my iPhone in a zip lock baggie that sits just outside the tub. It is all the sound system we need.

Much easier and cheaper to bring music to the hot tub area than it is to build into tub. Just doesn't make sense to me.

Great info, thanks much.  I did see some hot tubs and the guy told me it was a $800.00 adder for the stereo....

Again, thank you for the opinions !!
