Title: PS1 error code on Blue Ridge Spa

When I turn the circuit breaker on to give power to the hot tub, I will hear the control box make a clicking sound, a few seconds later the circulation pumps starts circulating the water for 2-5 seconds, I hear another click come from the control panel and the circulation pump shuts down.  It will reset and go through this process 3-5 times, then stops for good until I reset the power again. What do I need to  check for  to solve this problem?  Thanks
