Title: Mysterious floating substance

Does anyone have any idea as to what this floating substance is? (I have pictures if I can figure out how to add it to this post)  And what's causing it? It's like a bluish white clumping substance on the surface of the water and it's collecting around the perimeter with a bluish tinge.  All of the levels are good (hardness, Ph, chlorine).  Thanks in advance for your ideas! (Also, is there a way to include my pics IN the post rather than a link?)

What brand of spa do you have?  What year is your hot tub?  Can you explain the floating substance a little more?
