Title: Clean button not working on a 2004 Hot Spring Prodigy model

I went to add my chlorine this morning and when I went to go hit "clean" the button did not work. Instead I hit "jets" and set my timer for 10 minutes.

My questions are;

1. Does the "jets" button do the same thing as the "clean" button?

2. Why would my "clean" button not be working?

I'm willing to bet that over time, the bezel of your clean button is worn out... and not making contact with the board behind it.  Other than the timer (clean cycle is 10 minutes and regular jets will run for 2 hours) there is no actual difference in performance.
