Title: Used hydropool serenity question
Post by: Amar87 on July 04, 2016, 08:07:20 pm
Hey all,

I found a used hydropool serenity i am interested in buying. The seller stated is was 6-10 years old and the manual that they had said for models from 2004 and newer.

She was not able to tell me the exact model (it came with the house). Can anyone tell me where on the hot tub I could locate this? It is a 4 person hot tub nd has a lounger and looks like the 5000 series.

All the jets worked and all the testing seemed to go well. They had it hardwired with a 240v connection.

I noticed some models are plug and play but could not tell if this model allowed for it. I am interested in buying but trying to plan to see wether or not I need an electrician. Does anyone have any insight on these models?

The model on the pump shows: gecko Sc-cf-p122-p212.
Listed on the sticker it shows
input 120vac 60hz 15a
and
Input 240vac 60hz 48a

Serial #112580566

I am new to hot tubs and would appreciate anyones input. Thank you
