Title: Hydropool speaker wont lift

Hi all, I have a hydropool 8 man self cleaning, it has a built in DVD/ CD with screen and speakers that lift, trouble is someone has cut the hydraulic lines, is there another way to lift them? cheers rob

Yea these are problematic. Can you repair it, get it repaired? You have to get inside and look at the mechanism, if it can be dis-engaged and lifted/pushed up, then re-engaged/wedged then yes it can be lifted manually. Can you get the panel off and look at it? Might have to take more than 1 panel off.

hi yes, have taken all the panels off, so bottom of speakers are easy to see, ive tried getting my fingers under the speaker and pushing up but doesn't want to move, should it move freely? this spa also has a tv, which also doesn't lift...would be nice to get that working as well...

No it won't lift freely until you disengage the mechanism that lifts.

right. so how do you disengage the lifting mech....to me it looks like a aerial for a car? long slim metal tube?
