Title: Circuit board replacement

So I got a new circuit board I put it in and the lights work and jet pumps. The top side is calling for heat set 101 and its 90. But no heat. I guy at dealer said it needs to be programmed. Last board I bought worked fine for years. Anyone know of how to program circuit board to talk to top side
