We wet tested the Artesian Cayman today it has small neck jets at one seat and the foot blaster. $10,500 with all accessories. We are considering that one and Bullfrog a8 we tested it last week. The bullfrog we actually like better BUT the dealer just started and may or may not make it. We have been told this is the 4th Bullfrog dealer to come and go in our area. The Artesian is sold by the jacuzzi dealer been in business 12 years. He was telling us if 99 hot tub companies make it the same way and 1 (Bullfrog) does it different to consider that all the others could make it that way if they wanted but they don't feel that's the best way.. He's talking about the plumbing in the Bullfrog..we are so confused if we are spending this much we want a quality product AND someone to service it if there's a problem..any help is appreciated

Well we have been a Jacuzzi dealer for 14 years and recently just let Jacuzzi go. I know that doesn't help with the dealer issue, but I have full confidence in Bullfrog as a product. Pretty sure the dealer selling Bullfrog now is selling a much better built spa than his predecessors did.
Why is the Jacuzzi dealer pushing the Artesian?

My wife and I just ordered the Isla Margarita Elite in Sept. with everything except stereo, OTD $10,500 including del, steps, cover lifter, chems, etc. We are in so California and they were running a rebate promo at the time. We tested everything and liked the Artesian the best. Good luck

Scare tactics by the dealer, IMO. Since they have nothing to compare with the BF design, they will try to scare you away. Poor salesmanship.
Bullfrog holds patents on their design which is why no other manufacturer makes a similar design.
Bullfrog uses Balboa components, which are highly respected in the industry and easy to obtain off the shelf. While it would be best to have a dedicated dealer, all you really need is a tech who has some experience with tubs in general once the warranty is up. Prior to that BF will assist with service.

He's full of crap. Bullfrog has 12 patents protecting the design. He is resorting to this because he can't sell on his own merits. The Bullfrog design is legit. They are a great company.
So is the Artesian, by the way.
