Title: Hot Springs Pulse for $9999 w/saltwater filter? Or go to Sundance?

Looking for our first hot tub!
Seating for at least 5-6 (five people in our immediate family)
Only local dealers are Hot Spring and Sundance (also have Marquis, but he seems sketchy).

What would you get? I thought $9999 for the 2014 Pulse model seemed high.

Would really prefer to spent $8K than $10K.

See my other reply on the chelsee. I got a quote on the pulse and it was about $500 less without salt (which is like $1000+). But in my dry test, I thought the chelsee was far and away more comfortable

Get some opinions and research on the salt. It gets mixed reviews

Don't be afraid to counter. Ask for a quote without the salt system so you know what you're paying for the spa alone and then make an offer for the spa without the salt system and a separate offer for the spa + salt.
