Title: Strong Spa Keeps shutting down

I have a 4year old Strong Spa that I purchased from Costco.  I have loved it, but it recently started randomly shutting down, tripping the breaker.  I have replaced the topside controller($300 ouch) and the heater unit($70).  I have checked all connections....everything seems in place and tight.

I have unplugged each component to see if it is causing the shutting off.
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe irrelevant:  The blower vent tube is broken off from the manifold.

Have you disconnected the blower to see if that stops it from tripping?
