New Chelsee with basic steps, cover, cover lift, cd ozone, spa mineral purifier, delivered and installed (except we do the pad and electric) for $8995. I feel like that's a reasonable price??
Also, as a side note, one of the active users of this will be my middle school daughter and her friends. I just came across some postings talking about the jets on the Chelsee being a bit strong. Anyone have any direct experience with that?
The other one we were looking at was the Hot Springs Pulse, but liked the seating of the Chelsee better.

You did good.

Another Sundance owner :) Good choice!

I thought they came with Clear Ray and not ozone.

I thought they came with Clear Ray and not ozone.
I thought that as well. That's really strange.

Unless it's a 2012/ early13 it's gotta have clear ray.

Hmmm... thanks for the information.
In the sales order, there are two items.
MCD-50 220V CD Ozone 220V
and
280-0023 Labor Ozone Install
The tub itself is
CS 128 GP Chelsee Platinum/Coastal SS
Any info there tip you off to the year?
side note -- he also explained that the Chelsee "has two ozone systems" vs. the Pulse which "only has one." I didn't drill into understanding that. Could the Chelsee end up with Clear Ray AND the one above?

Yes some dealers were installing ozone after the clear ray system. We never felt the need, but it can be done.
Open the front panel and see if the clear ray device is in there.
