Title: Help balancing

Just got my J365 yesterday. Using strips to check the levels. Chlorine shows low, PH is fine and Alkalinity is a little low. I do have this ring starting around the tub. Any advice? I wipe it off the. Comes back again after jets are on. Sorry the pic is not coming in. It's like a orange scum

There is sometimes “gunk” left in the plumbing from the manufacturers which will result in a slight scum line around the tub. You can use a product like Ahh-Some to clean out the lines.
