Title: Trying to Identify make/model of hot tub

I got this hot tub from a neighbor, but I don't know the make and model.  Can anyone help?

The control panel is a Balboa serial number 54145.

Or can anyone explain what the two knob on the far left do?  The ones in the corner. 

The middle one, I discovered is the air intake for the blowers.   ;D

If I'm looking at the one you are referring to (the one in the corner???) it looks like it could be diverter valve.

EDIT:  The balboa controller says it was manufactured in 2003, so the tub must be around that old.
