Title: Where to order light?
Post by: hanexs on December 13, 2014, 03:05:35 pm
Hi all,

A light cover fell off of a light on my bullfrog spa.  Where would I order this?  See pic

If you notice the one on the right has no dome... I tried my local spot, but they'd rather charge me 90 an hour to repair it then sell me the part lol

Also does this matter?  Is water leaking through this or something?  Light works fine for now

quick google search found this: http://bullfrogspapartscharlottesville.com/#!/Light/c/1764863/offset=0&sort=normal (http://bullfrogspapartscharlottesville.com/#!/Light/c/1764863/offset=0&sort=normal) scroll approx. halfway down to find light housings.....did your dealer really refuse to sell you a $4.00 light housing?

Thanks for googling for me... I couldnt find it lol.

They didn't "refuse" as much as they said they didn't have any "in stock" for non repairs.

Call Bullfrog and complain.  They might just send you out one for free.

I have nothing but positive reviews about bullfrog.  Significantly better priced then the other two options in my town (arctic and sundance), i love the way it is set up, and the seat system is incredibly convenient (I have an extra seat, and we do move them once in a while).

I read on the internet about the seats being a "gimmick" and other problems and have quickly found not to trust biased reviews from hot tub salesmen.
