Hi Guys,
So we took delivery of our new hot tub Friday, electrician wired all up and we started filling - so far so good!
When we had enough water in we powered it up, everything was working including two nice pop up fountains! The problem is we cant figure out how to turn them off. So we are heating the hot tub but are unable to put the cover on. As soon as we turn the power on they come on and stay on getting really frustrated now and the place we got it from are closed for the weekend. Any help would be great. Not sure if it makes any difference but it has Balboa control Panel.
Thanks in advance

Brand of tub?
Are there diverter valve handles?

Balboa is the control center and is used by many different hot tub manufacturers. The brand of tub would help.
On the other hand, there should be a "round" control knob around the top perimeter of the tub nearby the water feature. Locate the control and you have located the solution. iThe water is most likely supplied by the circ pump.

Call the dealer.
Read the instruction manual
Try turning whatever valves you have around the tub.
We have pop up fountains on ours. There is a dial on the side that controls them. We closed the dial so they stay off.
