It was unbelievable that Dallas beat the Iggles once this year, but to smack them down in their own backyard with so much on the line? UNREAL!
I'm sure the Iggles sorely needed a soak in the hot tub to soothe their bruised egos. McNabb's little moonwalk was the catalyst for their self-destruction.

Last night I really wished that our tub was here! I could have drowned my husband in it!
My hubby is a die-hard Eagles fan. At least my son had enough smarts to hit the sack early so he didin't have to see our seriously over rated quarterback throw another one away! But this morning hubby was still pouting like a goofball! Just get over it....He was one of the few that thought the Eagles were stupid to ditch T.O. I hate Dallas, and always have, but after hearing that their bus was pelted with eggs by fans in Philly, I'm glad the Boys won! We're having tacos for dinner tonight and I was wondering if anyone knows how to form little cowboy hats out of the soft taco shells?

YOU ARE THE MAN! I bought bell peppers today so I have everything I need. I will just set those little
Cowboy hats on his plate and see if he is still too dazed to notice! A little tabasco won't hurt either!!
Terminator this is so innovative, you may want to sent it to Martha! Thanks.... ;)

I can't believe you're going to kick the man while he's down. ;D
Try and get some pics if you can. I can't promise it will taste good, but I don't see how you can go wrong with peppers, tortillas, meat, and Tobasco sauce. Heck, every meal I eat has at least 3 of those ingredients somewhere in there.
Good luck and thank you for the kind words. :)

So you think that using my son's wood burning tool to burn little stars in the sides of the pepper is going too far? :-/
-
Nope! You can even burn a little "T.O." on there. TO for Turnover, that is. ;D

Ok Terminator..this was my best effort...I got a little rushed because he came home a little early. When he realized what it was he had to laugh and then look what happened!

Actually, the Cowboy hat turned out to be a gourmet delight!...just have to improve on the presentation!

Bonibelle, that is so AWESOME! Thank you so much for getting pics! ;D ;D ;D You really made my day! Now I have to go home and try that.
I think it looks GREAT, much better than I thought it would.
Tell your husband he is a great sport for playing along! ;D

Seriously, I microwaved the empty pepper to make it tender then filled it with the beef, then covered the tortilla with melted cheese to roll the sides of the hat up. It was a little tricky putting the filled pepper on but I kind of smooched it all together. After the joking was done he sliced up the pepper added a little salsa, black olives, tomato and sour cream and thought it was wonderful. I think the next time, I am going to try to bake the peppers with the taco meat and some rice and salsa inside and melt cheese on top and serve it on the tortilla and maybe some lettuce and tomato...we've got a winner here terminator..you can serve the "Yankee Cowboy Hats" at your hot tub party! ;D

I am sending a truckload of band aids to Texas so after the Cowboys go home and are done licking their wounds from Thursdays game they can bandage them. Get well soon Cowboys! HHAHAHAHAHAHA!
GO BRONCOS!
HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!

I'm still not sold on the Pokes this year. Unlike '91 when I could see they were building for the future, I just see them as being an average team that is competitive nowadays but the future doesn't look so bright. They need a QB, RB, WR, DB's, BAD! I long for the old days of Staubach, Dorsett, Newhouse, Pearson, White, Waters, Harris, Jones, Martin, Pugh, Lewis, Barnes, Henderson, Hegman. Them were the good ol' days......
Staubach was the only hero I ever had besides my Dad and my Grandpa.

You're older than I thought! Are you talking about RAndy White? He was from Delaware and one beastly football player! I remember him playing little league with my cousin!

Yep, the good ol' Manster, half-man and half-monster. His motor was always running!
My brother sees him occasionally at gyms in Dallas. He now wears a rat-tail in his hair. :( Wish I could grow a rat-tail and braid it with pretty ribbons and beads....
