Title: New (used) hot tub has leaks. Where to start?

I filled my dream maker rotary molded hot tub yesterday and it has leaks. I think the leaks are in the piping/jet system. It seems to hold water just below the lowest jet. Maybe it is just where the jets meet the interior surface of the spa? I haven't investigated it much yet. I only paid $50 for this thing so I'm wondering if I should bail out.
