I have narrowed my search down to these 2 spas because they are both local. The Hot Springs is $6200 delivered, I will have to hookup myself (I already have slab and electrical, just need to hookup) and the Artesian is $6300 delivered and complete install (placed, hooked up, filled and running before they leave). I really like both machines! My initial reaction is that the company selling the Artesian had much better service!!! Spoke with managers at both places...

do yourself a favor..research the divine hot tubs that costco sells online...they give a lot of tub for 6000..and ofcourse costco backing it
-
I will go check them out...thanks Brill

Have you wet tested these models. I think you should because there is nothing worse than having to "settle" for OK

I wet tested both today and ended getting the Hot Springs for $5700....thanks guys!

Congrats on your new Relay! :)
-
Congratulations on the purchase! I take it the dealer gave you a better feeling the second time in
-
I would say that both tubs doesnt have a good warranty , pumps are weak , hydrotherapy looks better on the artesian but the lounge look small , relay does have a nice design but dont expect to get much therapy massage from that tub , no circ pump , 3-2 cover , IQ 2020 anyone know its ade by wich manufacturer ?
I would expect more for 6k but if massage is not really important for you... this is a nice looking tub

Yea V..he bought it!..enjoy your new hot tub!!
-
Vortex..I get what u are saying and getting a good deal..but bad mouthing the competitor is always a 100% turnoff!
-
Where can you see your tub and wet test it? What is your component and labor warranty?
-
I wouldnt be secured to buy a tub that has a 2 years warranty on the surface thats all , other than that its a nice looking tub but for 6000 $ I would of buy a jacuzzi or a dynasty instead.

As a 10 year Dynasty owner, I couldn't, with a straight face recommend a Dynasty over a Hot Springs. Now a Chinese import maybe.
-
thats why jacuzzi was in first :P 2013 dynasty tub use better quality material now and will offer more than hot spring for 6k

Not to jump in the fray... but you kind of get off by being a complete $^&(# don't you?

He is on a mission to spread bad information about other brands in order to try and shed better light on his brand. It's nothing but sales.

Don't know about Artesian at all and might be a good unit ....but I can say by owning a HS product over 7 years now without as much as even a burp....You will love it! Models, colors, options and whistles and bells....Blah blah blah! If it fits your budget and feels good! Then you made a great choice! regardless....Congrats on being a new Hot Tubber!!! Buying a High end manufacture's tub is always my recommendation after many tubs I've owned. It's hard to compete with manufactures like HS, Jacuzzi and Sundance that have been in the Industry for as long as Tubs have existed and are strong financially like fortune 500 owned companies ya know! Nature of business...
