Title: Exuma hot tub newbie needing help

i bought this hot tub and seem to be having an abundance of problems firstly Its draining water for definite as I have measured it. secondly I followed the steps on how to heat which worked thanks to member ezzo but the letters LLR keep flashing on the control pad and the jets wont come on but the control pad icons are on my number is 07916275213 if anyone can ring me

Hi Jimmy.

I think we determined with Ezzo that this is a chinese hot tub.
I guess the manuals are a little sketchy or not translated very well.

Which i think may cover your hot tub (no guarantees though)
It mentions LLL as a low water level, but no mention of LLR.
Also when you say it's leaking, are you confident that it's not evaporation ?
