looking at buying our first hot tub and have looked at the caldera geneva and a maax 471.our local dealer sells the maax and the caldera dealer is an hour away but read the caldera is far better.are the pumps on the geneva 56 frame rate and is having the circulating pump better.any info on the caldera would be a great help.thanks.

Circ pumps that take care of the filtering have the advantage of lower energy usage and noise reduction as opposed to having the main pump coming on 6 hours per day to filter plus if the spa has ozone it will run 24/7 on a circ pump. Having said that, you don't buy a spa based on whether or not it has a circ pump so what you should do is schedule a wet test for both spas and see how each fits/feels.
