Title: jacuzzi j-345 versus Hotspring Pulse

Thoughts?  Prices are very similar.  Got it down to those two models.

Both nice spa's but I think the Jacuzzi has some nicer features than the Pulse offers.  Did you wet test any pro's or con's there for you?

Both were good. jacuzzi jets were better.  pulse was bigger.

When we had our choice of tubs narrowed down to two tubs it was the wet test that made the final decision for us.  The hot tubs you are looking at are very nice tubs.  You can't go wrong with either one.

How often do you think you will need the larger size?  How many people in the household?  Personally, I would rather have a smaller tub with better jets than a bigger one.

One thing I have learned with my hot tub purchase is if you can fit a larger tub with the jets you want in your budget I would recommend go for it.  80% of the time in our tub it's just my wife and I and I have a 6 person tub.  It is nice to be able to move all around the tub and when we do have guess over we can ALL enjoy the tub at the same time.  You can make a large tub small but you can't make a small tub large.

We wound up trying a few more tubs.  Wet tested the envoy and loved it.  Then saw they had a dry 2012 grandee in the showroom.  It took some effort to get them under 10k on the price. But finally got it done.  It arrived today.

Awesome tub - my wife and I have had quite a few Grandees in our back yard over the years, it's always my favorite.

Welcome to Spatopia!
May you soak long and prosper.  ;D

you can upload pics to a photobucket account and post from there, or if you don't wanna go through the process of signing up for an account, etc. you can use tinypic dot com...once its uploaded hit the little mona lisa picture icon and then copy/paste the image code from tiny pic or photobucket  :)

Sorry for the confusion on the pics.  Now that I have that figured out, I can start to understand this water chemistry thing.  Filled it up this afternoon, electrician is supposed to be here at 9am. Thanks for all the help I got here on this site!
