Well thank you to Chaz and TwinCitiesHotSpring, between switching to Dichlor and ditching that stupid bromine Spa Frog, and a fourth and final purge and flush, this time with SilkBalance Clean Start, I have defeated the white mold and now have a clean and nicely balanced tub.  It was quite a battle over more than a month, and my electric bill was insanely high because I've been running jets non-stop and 4 times heating the whole tub back up.  But, it's finally gone.   

Thanks guys, if I could I'd buy all my stuff from you guys from now on.  My local dealer hasn't been nearly as helpful as you guys.
