Title: SUREFLOW SPA COVER CLIPS

Hello!
I just bought a used Sureflow spa and it came with a cover. The clips that hold the cover down and attach it to the spa are impossible to release. I have determined that this is probably a child safety device, and since it has a slot at the bottom, there must be a "key".  Of course, no such key came with the spa.

Does anyone know where I can get a "key" so I can remove the clips easily? I have no more hair left to tear out!

Anything that will fit into the slot, should turn it.

They're child proof but not adolescent proof let alone adult proof. Just get a thin slotted screwdriver and it'll open fairly easily.
