Title: Just had my J245 delivered today and already having an issue... Need help.

Started hot tub... Ran for about hour and now I m getting an error signal FLO 1.  Will call dealer in the morning but want to know if this an easy fix.  Thanks in advance for help!

Pull the filter out and see what happens

Come to find out it was a bad pump! Dealer had to replace it today. It def. pays to buy from local dealer.  Their own service tech, fully stocked with parts and now it is working fine.

good to hear it was fixed quickly and your up and running....just remember people these are mechanical appliances with moving parts, the only guarantee is that something WILL fail, its just a matter of when...its how your taken care of after a failure that matters most and it sounds like they took care of business quickly for you
