This top of the line hot tub purchased in 2010 had both pumps failed after less than 2 years. And guess what, the Manufacturer doesnt cover the failed pumps....(wonder what else can go wrong on a hot tub ). Ended up paying 2k - although i felt like rhrowing it on the street.
Poor quality, poor customer relationship, dont be wasting your money on company.
