Title: Sundance Optima- please evaluate this deal

Did I get a good deal?  2102 Optima with Cover Mate lifter, Sunbrella cover, Eco-Wrap insulation and 30" stairs plus startup chemicals.  $10700 before tax.  Your opinions would be gratefully accepted.

Thanks, Jim.  While I was not out to strip the insulation off the dealer's wires, I wanted to be sure that I was at least getting a good deal!
