I narrowed my first hot tub down to one of these three.
Sundance 680 Hawthorne asking price is $6995
Limelight Flair asking $7395
Or save I little $$ and go for a lazy boy Revive for $6295 whick looks like a better warrenty. But I don't know much about the company that makes them.
All three are from long standing dealers and all three come with lifterand steps.
Anyone have any advice on these?

Just FYI, I just got a Sundance 780 Certa for $7000.

The Flair price is more than fair. I'd say it's to low. It also shares the same warranty as the Hot Spring Highlife series, which is great. Plus you know Watkins will back you up.
The Sundance is a good spa as well. Great company. Can't say to much about the price, but it seems like it is within the range of what it is normally sold for.
The LaZ boy is something is not something I have looked very hard at. I imagine it's like Coleman spas, where someone makes it behind the already established name. I wouldn't expect them to be nearly as good in the service/support department as Watkins or Sundance. (I'm talking about manufacturer, not dealer.)

What was the asking price? I was thinking of making an offer of $500 or so less then the asking price. Dose that sound OK?

No shame in asking. Worst they can say is no. However, take what people say here online (in regards to price) with a grain of salt. It doesn't tell you anything about dealer overhead, freight costs, or level of service they provide. Pricing is left up to the dealer exactly for that reason. ;)

Thanks for the advice

laz z boy has a 3yr component and 5 yr shell warranty vs 5yr component and 7 yr shell on the limelight, I believe Sundance is the same as well

I bought the Flair today :)
It will take four weeks for it to come. I think that will be a good time for a week long vacation to play in my new tub. 8)
