What Pool and Spa Association? I'm not aware of any such named organization.
2 spams, now $200

I'm awaiting their next response. But if they figure out I'm billing them $100 for each email I might not hear from them :'(
Anyone know a collection agency that might want to take this on?

Interesting concept!
I have a Dr.s bill that we paid and they credited it to the wrong visit. They never sent us a bill for the "paid" one and we still owe them the money for the "paid" visit. We are trying to let them see the error of their system and they won't.
On the bottom of the page it says something to the effecct of 'if we don't get a response from you in 30 days that means you accept this charge'.
I wanted to send a response with a blurb similar to their's that says that I charge $125 an hour and this has already cost them $325 due to their stupidity to correct their billing mistake. My wife said "don't be so stupid".
I LIKE YOUR IDEA!!!
