Title: HELP!! My Tundra (Arctic Spa's) Hot Tub is running continuously, how do I fix it

Hi all I'm new here, I've owned my hottub for approx 3 weeks, the guys from the factory set it up, but it is running all the time and I don't know how to fix it, I know it is supposed to have the jets running 2 - 3 x a day for 20 mins, but it just doesn't seem to ever shut off, we reset the breaker thinking that would help but it is still always running, does anyone know how to fix this, PLEASE HELP!!! I'm desparate  - Thanks Cat from Canada
