Title: Emerald Spa temp control problems

i have an Emerald spa that is about 6 years old.  i set the temp of the water at 95 degrees when it is not being used.. after i set the temp i ck it 2 or 3 days later and the water temp is set at 104 degrees.... any ideas what could be causing this?

Is the spa sitting in direct sunlight for a good portion of the day?

 Plus one on the sun thing, is the temp set at 95 but the water temp reads 104 and does the water feel like it's 104?

the temp of the water is 104...but the setting on the Topside control also is at 104.  it changes from the 95 degree  setting to 104..the max setting, by itself!...spooky
